Eman Deabil is Head of Strategy and Innovation at BBK, Bahrain, with experience spanning strategy, transformation, PMO and project management. She leads initiatives that connect organizational ambition with practical execution, championing innovation, youth engagement, and sustainable growth. Eman led the award-winning international initiative “Green PMO”, a collaborative book bringing together 40 authors from over 20 countries. A DBA candidate researching ESG adoption and bank financial performance, she holds professional certifications, including PfMP, PMP, DipESG, PRINCE2, and CGEIT. She is also a speaker, mentor, and advocate for purposeful leadership and meaningful, lasting positive impact.
